Software Engineer, Cigna Corporation
Improved the operational efficiency of the Automation job used for automated quality assurance by 90%.
Curated the dataset using automated scripts to meet security standards of the organization viz. PHI requirements.
Implemented 2 business use cases in the data pipeline (ETL) as per the new feature implementation user stories
July 2016Â - July 2018
Associate, Synechron Technologies
Overhauled the Hadoop and Spark jobs’ performance for the client Data Science team at AppNexus Inc (now Xandr), reducing the process lag to meet the SLA goal of 99.9% uptime for all the jobs and registered services.Â
Wrote optimized queries for distributed SQL and Vertica to update daily user-data (insight) for the client dashboard service.
Developed a web infrastructure monitoring dashboard by integrating 3 infrastructure monitoring services’ data into a single web app using Spring (for API implementation) and Django (for User Interface).
June 2025 - April 2026
Research Engineer, Hyundai Mobis Technical Centre in India
Improved the vehicle data collection architecture for the Telematics application for an In-Vehicle-Infotainment (IVI) system.
Spent 3 months at Hyundai Mobis HQ in South Korea as an on-site development & support engineer to generate leads and communicate requirements to the India team.
Successfully completed Telematics and XMRadio integrations on prototypes.
May 2020 - August 2020
Deep Learning Intern, AIVIS
Spearheaded the design of a deep learning model to serve as a Face Mask Detector. Increased detection accuracy by 5%, over other available OpenVINO implementations. Link
Deployed the cloud-based trained model on an Edge device (Intel Neural Compute Stick 2) to carry out continuous inference.
